INDOT recently proposed the placement of j-turns at various locations along US 31 in Marshall, Fulton, and Miami Counties. After much public discussion about the proper treatment on US 31, INDOT decided that j-turns would not be used on the corridor. See the announcement from Rep. Friend and Sen. Head here.
